Small Businesses Staying Lean, Wary Of Hiring

Appearing on NPR, CFO Magazines's Kate O'Sullivan said the recession taught small businesses to do more with less. The latest Duke University/CFO Global Business Outlook Survey shows that 25% of small businesses never expect to return to pre-recession payrolls, NPR noted.
