Tom Livingston is a public media pioneer, leader and consultant with 35 years of success at the local and national level. His company, Livingston Associates, has provided executive search and consulting services to more than 150 public media clients including National Public Radio, the Corporation for Public Broadcasting and local stations, with services including executive search, strategy, facilitation and professional coaching. Livingston served two terms as Vice Chairman of the National Public Radio Board of Directors, and over the course of 21 years managed three different public radio organizations including WETA in Washington, DC. He also served as Executive Director for Eastern Public Radio, and Vice President, Executive Search for Transformations Consulting Group.

Livingston is a certified Myers-Briggs trainer (Otto Kroeger Associates) and a certified coach (Professional Certified Coach, International Coaching Federation).

Rob began his non-profit career in 1975 as a grants officer for jazz, folk and ethnic music projects in the Music Division of the National Endowment for the Arts, leaving in 1980 to take a position in the Station Services department of National Public Radio. He was Director of Member Services for National Public Radio from 1983 to 1987.

Rob was named General Manager of WSSU-FM in Springfield, Illinois, (now WUIS-FM licensed to the University of Illinois at Springfield) in 1988. During his tenure WSSU launched WIPA-FM to extend service to Pittsfield, Illinois.

Rob came to Nashville as President of Nashville Public Radio WPLN-FM in March, 1995 and led WPLN’s transition from a unit of city government to a community licensee, oversaw design and construction of new facilities and the acquisitions of WHRS-FM, WTML-FM and WPLN-AM, and the recent launch of a full-time classical music service.

Rob has chaired the board of The Development Exchange and served on the boards of The Station Resource Group and National Public Radio, where he chaired the Governance Committee during a turbulent time in NPR’s history.

Rob currently serves on the boards of the Public Broadcasting Management Association and Eastern Region Public Media.

Jocelyn Enriquez was born in Memphis, Tennessee. Jocelyn’s father was an officer in the US Navy and was stationed all over the country before spending five years in Okinawa. In 1969 Jocelyn’s family was stationed in Jacksonville, Florida and has been there ever since.

Jocelyn has two children; a son Ryan 29 and a daughter Piper 10.

We love living so close to Disney World and we are definitely avid Disney fans, and visit Disney World several times each year.

Educational background: Jocelyn graduated Cum Laude from the University of North Florida with a Bachelors Degree in Accounting. She went on to obtain a Masters Degree in Business and license as a Certified Public Accountant. She has 20 years experience in accounting at WJCT, Inc.

Pre-public broadcasting experience: Jocelyn was the accountant for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Northeast Florida for 2 years.

Madison has managed public radio and television stations for more than 25 years. He also served as an executive with NPR in Washington DC and as a project manager with the Public Telecommunications Facilities Program.

He currently serves as the president of the board of the University Station Alliance and is a member of the Executive Committee of the Florida Public Broadcasting Service Inc. board of directors.

He holds a M.A. degree from the University of Kentucky, a B.J. degree from the University of Missouri, and a B.S.E. from the University of Arkansas.

Rebecca Davis represents a joint (TV and radio) university licensee. She has 28 years of experience with Public Broadcasting. She served as PBMA Board Chair from 2009 – 2011.   She was a member of the CPB SABS Advisory Panel in 2004. In the private sector, Rebecca has experience as an accountant for a small business, a financial analyst for a defense contractor and in real estate sales. Rebecca received her M.B.A and B.S. degrees from the University of Utah.

A dedicated and proven professional, Nancy brings over two decades of financial and executive management experience to her position at KCTS 9. In December 2009, she joined KCTS 9 as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Administration.

Prior to her appointment, Nancy served as Vice President of Finance and Administration for the Jewish Federation of Greater Seattle. She previously worked in administrative and financial management positions at the University of Washington School of Medicine and the Washington Community Mental Health Council.

A longtime Seattle resident, Nancy earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Oberlin College and a Master's in Health Administration from the University of Washington. She became a Certified Public Accountant in 1985 and a Certified Management Accountant in 1989.

Nancy and her husband have two adult children. She is active as a community volunteer and enjoys knitting, foreign and domestic travel, and long-distance walking.

Charles (Chuck) Keefe is the director of compliance at WGBH Educational Foundation in Boston and has been a PBMA member for two years. Before coming to WGBH, he spent twelve years at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where he specialized in the audits of nonprofit organizations, OMB Circular A-133 audits, and retirement plan audits. Keefe is a Certified Public Accountant, and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants. He has a bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance from Boston College.

Esperanza Flury is the assistant general manager, finance, at WXPN in Philadelphia and a PBMA member for thirteen years. Flury is a native of Bogotà, Colombia, and has lived in the United States more than 20 years. Prior to joining WXPN, she worked for MetLife Insurance Company and GE Capital. She has been with WXPN since 1998. Flury oversees all accounting functions and administration for the station's multi-million dollar budget. She was elected to the steering committee board of the Association of Business Administrators at the University of Pennsylvania in 2005. Flury holds a BS in business administration with a major in economics from Jorge Tadeo Lozano University in Bogotà, Colombia.

Jun Reina began his professional career in the manufacturing and thermoplastics industries working in various capacities including marketing, operations, and general management. In 2000, Jun crossed over from the dark side and joined the non-profit industry as the Finance and Systems Administrator for the World Affairs Council of Northern California based in San Francisco. Jun stumbled into the world of public broadcasting in 2007 when he joined Sacramento’s Capital Public Radio, Inc. as Chief Financial Officer. In his current capacity as CFO, Jun uses his extensive experience in budget preparation and forecasting, fiscal management, administrative/business operations, IT administration, and HR management in the operations of the seven station public radio broadcaster.

Born and raised in the Philippines, Jun attended the Ateneo de Manila University and graduated with a degree in the University’s honors program in Management. He is also an Executive Scholar at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management - Center for Non-Profit Management. Jun and his wife, Mayet, have a brood of five kids that they consider a valuable tax shelter. When away from public broadcasting, Jun enjoys golf, scuba diving, and travelling.

Mr. Sickora is the President and CEO of WSKG Public Broadcasting in Binghamton, New York. WSKG serves one million people in the Southern Tier of New York via its television and radio stations. Before joining WSKG in 2007, Mr. Sickora served four years as the Vice President of System Development and Station Grants Administration at the Corporation for Public Broadcasting (CPB) in Washington, DC. There, he oversaw Radio and Television Community Service and Digital Infrastructure grant programs. Prior to CPB, Mr. Sickora was the Executive Vice President of Administration and Operation at Oregon Public Broadcasting (OPB) in Portland, Oregon, for 3 years. He began his career in public broadcasting at his alma mater, Penn State University Public Broadcasting in University Park, Pennsylvania. Prior to his public broadcasting career, Mr. Sickora worked in finance and strategic planning roles in the defense industry at HRB Systems, a division of Raytheon Corporation, for ten years.

Sherby has over 39 years of general human resources management experience. She joined the staff of WHRO in 1985 and throughout her tenure has served as WHRO’s human resources professional. In addition, she was clerk of the WHRO Board of Directors for several years. She is primarily responsible for overall management of human resources which includes the areas of recruitment, training, compensation, benefits, state and federal employment laws. Prior to her employment with WHRO, she worked for 12 years for United Technologies in Middletown, Connecticut. She has been a member of PBMA for over 15 years as well as a member of the national and local chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Jean Wong joined The WBUR Group as Director of Finance in January, 2005, bringing with her a wealth of experience in both financial management and the broadcast arena. 

Jean’s work prior to WBUR was at Radio One, Inc., where she had been Market Controller, reporting to the General Manager on all financial matters, since 2002.  Her additional experience in the broadcast industry includes Business Manager and station CFO for WHUB-TV, a USA Network broadcasting station launched in 2000, and Manager of Accounting at WLVI-TV, a Boston-based television station and WB affiliate, from 1994-1999. Prior to that time she served as Assistant Controller at WLVI-TV when it was an independent UHF television station, for six years.

Jean’s brings additional experience from Brigham and Women’s Hospital OB/GYN Department; Houghton Mifflin & Company; and Jobs for Youth-Boston, Inc. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Boston College and currently lives in the Boston area.
