	General Manager, WQCS-FM / Fort Pierce, Florida     First elected term ends 2012.      Madison was executive director for the University Station Alliance in   Tallahassee, a non-profit organization representing NPR public radio   stations licensed to colleges.  He served as project co-manager for   the NTIA-PTFP broadcast coverage study. As NPR's director of policy   and station services, he initiated and designed a training program for   new station managers and provided guidance to member stations.      In Florida, Madison served as director of radio and television for Florida   State University.
