	Director of Finance, WXPN-FM, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania     First elected term ends 2009       Esperanza Flury is a native of Bogotà, Colombia, and has lived in the United   States for 19 years.  Prior to joining WXPN, she worked for MetLife Insurance   Company and GE Capital.  She has held her current position at WXPN since   1998. She oversees all accounting functions and administration for the   station's multi-million dollar budget. Esperanza was elected to the steering   committee board of the Association of Business Administrators at the   University of Pennsylvania in 2005.    She holds a BS in business administration with a major in economics from   Jorge Tadeo Lozano University in Bogotà, Colombia.               Email:  eflury (at) xpn.org      return to the PBMA Board main page
