In
the post-Sarbanes environment, there have been discussions
focusing on the corporate responsibility and governance of
non-profit organizations.
Join us as we review certain “best practices” guidelines for
non-profits from the perspective of various organizations
such as the IRS and the Panel on the Nonprofit Sector. We’ll
address areas such as effective governance, strong financial
oversight, and other responsibilities and practices that
will strengthen the accountability of your organization.
