Your Public File and
  New FCC Regulations

April 24 at 3:00 pm ET

This toolkit is a presentation on the FCC's public file rules applicable
to both radio and television non-commercial educational broadcast stations.  Recently, the FCC issued new enhanced disclosure rules applicable to full power and Class A television stations requiring additional reporting obligations and posting of certain public file information on the stations' websites.

While the effective date of these rules has not been established pending approval by the Office of Management and Budget, these new requirements will also be discussed.
